K.Cook: The Best Korean BBQ buffet in Orchard Road
Social Network is the thing nowadays you can’t do without. For friends or for work, you just get hooked up almost everyday or for some, everyday. However, I always keep a lookout at random advertisements coming on Facebook and this caught my attention, K.Cook Korean. A friend shared with me, saying that this’s probably the Best Korean BBQ Buffet in Orchard Road. Well, I am about to find out.
THE EXPERIENCE
I made a trip down with my business apprentice on a Thursday, avoiding the heavy crowds during the weekends. I can really sit back and enjoy my dinner, not having to rush for food.
This place is divided into 2 sections, indoor and outdoor. However, the outdoor ambience might be better with a big projector screen screening some of the Kpop MVs.
This place does not really have a huge variety of selections but the price of $24.90++ for dinner is one of the best values you can get in town given the range of food they have.
Meats were nicely cut and well marinated. They serve pork collar, pork belly, beef soft ribs, beef bulgogi, beef ribeye, chicken as well as other seafood like prawns, squids, and others.
On the other side, they do have a small area for Korean hot and spicy dishes such as pancakes, chicken wings, rice cakes, glass noodles as well as a salad bar. Standard soft drinks are free flow too.
Staffs are very attentive and efficient. Overall, a place where I will be back again.
THE OUTCOME
My recommendation to you guys is to make an online reservation before heading down because most of the time, it will be a full house. It was reasonably priced and you will have 2 hours to eat all you want. I will surely be back for more.
