Hua Zai Hong Kong Style Roasted Delight: One of the Best Char Siew in Singapore

Well, there are people like me, who don’t have breakfast, will find supper as a replacement.  Well, is still 3 meals a day, whether you think is healthy or not.  Anyway, there is this 24 hours coffee shop in Yishun that I frequent for supper.  One of the stalls that I regularly eat at will be Hua Zai Hong Kong Style Roasted Delight, which serves one of the best Char Siew in Singapore.

2 recommended dishes from me will be their Roasted Duck mixed with Char Siew and their Boneless Duck Noodles.

Do request for the bones to be removed when ordering the Roasted Duck.  The meat is tender and works really well with the sauce.  I like their Char Siew best.  It was well-seasoned and so tender as if it melts in your mouth.

When you are tired and do not want to have rice for such a late-night supper, go for their noodles.  Their boneless duck meat was tender and delicious.

If you are around the neighbourhood, give it a try.  You probably won’t regret, trying one of the best Char Siew in Singapore.
