Costa Seafood Restaurant
My final dinner at Nha Trang before returning to Ho Chi Minh City and I just need to have my lobster. I have heard and recommended so much about Costa Seafood Restaurant and so is a must visit for me.
It was rather late, coming from Rainforest Café. I didn’t expect to stay at the cafe too long. By the time I reached the restaurant, it was nearing 9pm.
The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor area. At the time I reached, I believed I was the only customer and so I had all the attention I needed.
I sat indoor and the restaurant is well decorated, clean and spacious. I was ushered a table near the entrance and given the menu. The menu is extensive, but I already had in mind what I wanted to eat. I was considering if I should go for Crab or Lobster but since I am always eating Crab in Ho Chi Minh City, I will just head for Lobster this time round with baked cheese. I also gotten myself a bowl of Crab Seafood Soup and a Plate of Stir-Fried Morning Glory Vegetables.
While waiting for my food to arrive, I went on to capture some photos and a Senior Waitress started talking to me and we had a short chat, introducing myself as a Food Blogger.
About 20 minutes later, my food served 1 by 1. The Crab Seafood Soup was acceptable standard and wasn’t too starchy. At least, you can see decent Crab Meat served in the soup as I have experienced worst experiences in other seafood restaurants, when you don’t get to see Crab Meat at all.
The Stir-Fried Morning Glory Vegetables was usual. A little blend in my opinion. However, the Cheese Baked Lobster was awesome. They slice the Lobster meat into cubes cooked with cream cheese under a layer of baked cheese. The plating was good, and the taste was even better.
The only setback about this restaurant is expensive to visit and you are probably paying for its location, by the beach, and fine dining setup of this place.
